Installation: Clean the shaft diameter and bearing housing bore, ensuring the surface is free of scratches and rust. The shaft diameter fit tolerance is h6, and the bearing housing bore fit tolerance is J7.
Cold fitting method: Use a special sleeve to evenly press the shaft in. Do not strike the inner or outer rings. The runout of the installed rear face should be ≤0.03 mm.
Add NLGI 2 lithium-based grease. Run the grease under no-load for 3-5 minutes to ensure there is no jamming or abnormal noise.
