Structure and Adaptability Characteristics:
Heavy-duty load bearing: Tapered roller structure, simultaneously bearing radial and bidirectional axial loads, suitable for heavy-duty conditions such as gearbox output shafts and drive axle differentials, distributing load to the inner and outer rings, reducing contact stress, and improving fatigue life.
Precision fit: Separable inner and outer ring design, facilitating installation and clearance adjustment, adapting to clearance requirements under different working conditions. The cage precisely positions the rollers, reducing roller slippage and wear, suitable for high-speed rotation and impact conditions.
Operating Conditions: Bearing steel undergoes carburizing and quenching treatment, resulting in a wear-resistant surface and high core toughness. Suitable for the harsh operating conditions of construction machinery, including long-term heavy loads, vibration, and temperature fluctuations, ensuring stable operation of the transmission system.
Compatible Models and Application Scenarios:
Gearbox System: Cat 7-speed and 9-speed heavy-duty gearboxes, compatible with the output ends of 988K and 992K loaders, D11 and D10 bulldozers, and 777G and 785C mining trucks.
Drive Axle System: Compatible with Cat 9F and 9G series drive axles, used for support between the differential housing and half-shafts, ensuring power transmission efficiency and preventing shaft movement and vibration.
Application Scenarios: Heavy-duty transmission components, used to support rotating shafts, reduce friction loss, and meet high torque and high speed power transmission requirements, improving equipment operating efficiency and reliability.
Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)
Installation: Clean the bearing and mounting housing, ensuring they are free of oil and metal shavings. Before installation, check the bearing clearance; bearings exceeding the tolerance must not be used. Apply an interference fit to the inner ring (0.01-0.02 mm) and a transition fit to the outer ring.
Use the hot-fit method (oil temperature 80-100℃) to install the inner ring, avoiding forceful hammering. After installation, adjust the clearance to the C3 range and tighten the bearing end cap bolts (torque 45-55 N·m).
Add NLGI 2 lithium-based grease (filling to 1/3-1/2 of the bearing space). Run the bearing for 20-30 minutes, checking the bearing temperature (≤80℃) and vibration (≤0.15 mm/s).
Maintenance: Check the bearing’s operating condition every 2000 hours, monitoring temperature, vibration, and abnormal noise. Replace the bearing immediately if any abnormalities are found.
Change the lubricating oil/grease regularly. When using oil lubrication, keep the oil level at the middle position of the oil level gauge. When using grease lubrication, add grease every 500 hours.
