Structure and Adaptability Characteristics
SEM Adaptability Optimization: Designed for the special working conditions of steering systems and transmission mechanisms, it can simultaneously withstand radial loads and unidirectional axial loads. The conical contact structure ensures uniform load distribution, reduces contact stress, and is suitable for Cat®…, high-impact conditions involving frequent steering and start-stop.
Easy Installation: The inner and outer rings are separable for easy on-site installation and clearance adjustment, adapting to clearance requirements under different working conditions. The cage precisely positions the rollers, reducing roller slippage and wear, and improving operational stability.
High adaptability to various working conditions: Bearing steel undergoes carburizing and quenching treatment, resulting in a wear-resistant surface and high core toughness. Suitable for harsh working conditions in outdoor, dusty, and temperature-fluctuating environments, ensuring long-term stable operation of the steering and transmission systems.
Compatible Models and Application Scenarios
Steering System: Compatible with the steering knuckle support of Caterpillar loaders (e.g., 966H, 972M) and excavators (e.g., 320D, 336D), supporting the steering shaft system and ensuring flexible and stable steering.
Transmission Mechanism: Compatible with the output shaft support of small transmission boxes and transfer cases, meeting the power transmission needs of small to medium-sized construction machinery and preventing shaft movement and vibration.
Application Scenarios: Heavy-duty steering and transmission support components, supporting rotating shafts, reducing friction loss, and suitable for medium-to-high speed and moderate impact operating conditions.
Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)
Installation: Clean the bearing and mounting housing, ensuring they are free of oil and metal shavings. Check the bearing clearance; bearings exceeding tolerances must not be used. Ensure the inner ring has an interference fit (0.008-0.015 mm) and the outer ring has a transition fit.
Install the inner ring using the hot-fit method (oil temperature 80-90℃). Do not force it by hammering or hammering. After installation, adjust the clearance to the C3 range and tighten the bearing end cap bolts (torque 35-45 N·m).
Add NLGI 2 lithium-based grease (filling 1/3-1/2 of the bearing space). Run the bearing for 15-20 minutes, checking the bearing temperature (≤75℃) and vibration (≤0.12 mm/s).
Maintenance: Check the bearing’s operating condition every 1800 hours, monitoring temperature, vibration, and abnormal noise. Replace the bearing immediately if any abnormalities are found.
Change the lubricating oil/grease regularly. When using oil lubrication, keep the oil level at the middle position of the oil level gauge. When using grease lubrication, add grease every 400 hours.
