Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)
Installation: Clean the shaft, bearing housing, and bearing, ensuring they are free of oil and metal shavings. Inspect the bearings for cracks, deformation, or rust; ensure the rollers rotate freely without jamming.
Hot installation (heating temperature 80-100℃) or cold pressing installation (pressing force ≤80 kN). Do not hammer or strike. The bearing and shaft should have an interference fit (interference 0.018-0.025 mm). Ensure proper installation without misalignment.
After installation, check that the radial clearance meets requirements. When installing the sealing ring, ensure the sealing surfaces fit snugly. Run the bearing for 30 minutes, monitoring the temperature to ≤80℃.
Maintenance: Check the lubrication status and bearing clearance every 1200 hours. For grease lubrication, add NLGI 2 lithium-based grease. For oil lubrication, change the lubricating oil regularly (every 2000 hours).
Replace the bearing immediately if roller wear, cage damage, or clearance exceeding 0.05 mm is found to prevent shaft vibration or seizure.
