Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)

Installation: Clean the bushing and mounting base, ensuring they are free of oil stains and metal shavings. Inspect the bushing for deformation and cracks, and check for any lining peeling or damage.

Cold press installation (pressing force ≤ 80 kN) or hot installation (mounting base heating temperature 80-100℃). Do not hammer or strike. Ensure the bushing and mounting base have an interference fit (interference 0.015-0.025 mm), and that the bushing is properly installed without misalignment.

After installation, check the inner diameter and roundness. If they meet the requirements, apply grease and run for 30 minutes, monitoring for any abnormal heating or noise.

Maintenance: Check the bushing wear and lubrication condition every 500 hours. Replace immediately if lining wear exceeds 0.5 mm or clearance exceeds 0.05 mm.

Regularly replenish NLGI 2 lithium-based grease. Use specialized tools during disassembly to avoid prying hard, which could deform the bushing or damage the liner.
