Matching and Performance Parameters: Suitable for shaft diameter 50.80 mm (k5 tolerance), interference fit 0.012-0.025 mm, raceway contact generatrix straightness ≤0.005 mm, suitable roller diameter 5.56 mm, number of rollers 18, rated radial load ≥65 kN, rated axial load ≥25 kN, permissible maximum speed 2800 rpm (grease lubrication)

Structure and Compatibility Characteristics:

Conical Raceway Structure: Single-row tapered roller matching design, the inner raceway is tapered, precisely fitting with the roller generatrix, capable of simultaneously bearing radial and unidirectional axial loads, suitable for heavy-duty rotating parts requiring angular positioning.

High-Precision Fit Design: Strict cone angle and dimensional tolerances ensure uniform clearance after assembly with the outer ring and roller assembly, reducing off-center wear, suitable for high-frequency heavy-duty conditions such as gearbox output shafts and drive axle differentials.

Enhanced Raceway Process: The raceway undergoes ultra-precision machining, resulting in low residual surface stress and strong resistance to fatigue and pitting corrosion, making it suitable for the frequent start-stop and impact load environments of construction machinery.

Compatible Machine Models and Application Scenarios

Excavators: 320D2, 323D2, etc., slewing bearing drive shafts and travel motor output ends, suitable for heavy-duty rotation and axial positioning requirements.

Loaders: 938M, 950M, etc., gearbox second shafts and drive axle half shafts, suitable for high torque transmission and radial positioning conditions.

Bulldozers: D6T, D7E, etc., final drive input shafts and steering clutch shafts, suitable for heavy-duty and impact loads during traction operations.

Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)

Installation: Clean the inner ring, journals, and mating parts, ensuring they are free of oil stains and metal shavings. Inspect the journals for scratches and deformation, and verify that dimensions meet K5 tolerance requirements.

Heat installation (oil temperature 80-100℃). After thermal expansion, quickly fit the inner ring onto the journal. After cooling, ensure a tight fit with the journal. Do not strike when cold.

During assembly, match the outer ring and roller assembly, adjusting the axial clearance to 0.03-0.05 mm. Fill with NLGI Grade 2 lithium-based grease, filling to 1/3 of the bearing cavity.

Maintenance: Check the radial clearance every 1000 hours. If the clearance is >0.15 mm, immediately replace the inner ring and matching assembly.

Replenish grease every 1500 hours. In harsh operating conditions (dusty, humid), shorten this to 600 hours/cycle to avoid dry friction on the raceways.
