Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data):
Installation: Clean the outer ring, journals, and mounting holes, ensuring they are free of oil, metal shavings, and other contaminants. Journal dimensions should conform to k6 tolerance, and mounting hole dimensions should conform to H7 tolerance.
Cold press fitting: Apply pressure evenly to the outer ring end face using a dedicated press. Do not strike the rollers. After installation, control the radial clearance to 0.035-0.055 mm.
Fill with NLGI Grade 2 extreme pressure lithium-based grease, filling to 1/3 of the bearing cavity. Replenish lubrication after installation.
Maintenance: Check the radial clearance every 1500 hours. If the clearance > 0.18 mm, replace immediately.
Replenish grease every 2000 hours. Under harsh operating conditions (high temperature/dust), shorten this to 800 hours/time to prevent raceway wear.
