Installation and Maintenance Points (Original Data)
Installation: Clean the outer ring, mounting hole, and journal. The journal must be hardened (HRC≥58), with a surface roughness Ra≤0.4 μm. Mounting hole tolerance H7, journal tolerance h6.
Cold press-fit: Apply pressure evenly to the outer ring end face using a dedicated tool. Do not strike the needle rollers. After installation, control the radial clearance to 0.015-0.030 mm.
Fill with NLGI Grade 2 extreme pressure lithium-based grease, filling to 1/4 of the bearing cavity. Avoid excessive grease leading to temperature rise.
Maintenance: Check the radial clearance every 2000 hours. Replace immediately if the clearance > 0.10 mm.
Replenish grease every 2500 hours. In high-temperature/dusty conditions, shorten this to 1000 hours/time to prevent dry friction wear of the needle rollers.
