After installation, check the axial clearance, controlling it to 0.10-0.20 mm, ensuring no jamming with the shaft shoulder and unobstructed oil passages.

Maintenance: Inspect the thrust ring for wear every 2000 hours. Replace it immediately if the end face wear exceeds 0.5 mm or if scratches or peeling appear.

Regularly monitor oil temperature and pressure to prevent overheating or oil shortage that could lead to thrust ring burning. It is recommended to change the hydraulic oil and filter every 5000 hours.
