Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation: Clean the journal and bearing mounting surfaces, ensuring they are free of oil, rust, and impurities. The inner ring should have an interference fit with the shaft (0.01-0.02 mm), and the outer ring should have a clearance fit with the bearing housing (0.01-0.02 mm).

Do not strike the bearing rollers and raceways. Use a dedicated installation tool to press the inner ring into place, ensuring proper installation and avoiding damage to the bearing.

Maintenance: Regularly check the bearing lubrication. For oil lubrication, ensure sufficient oil level. For grease lubrication, add lithium-based grease every 300 hours.

Check the bearing temperature (normal ≤ 80℃) and noise. If abnormal noise or temperature rise occurs, repair or replace the bearing promptly.
