Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation: Clean the mounting surface and support ring surface, checking for deformation, cracks, or burrs. During installation, ensure the support ring fits snugly against the bearing end face, meeting coaxiality requirements, and avoid uneven loading.

When assembling with bearings and seals, ensure the support ring is parallel to the inner and outer ring end faces of the bearing to avoid deformation caused by assembly stress.

Maintenance: Regularly inspect the support ring for wear, deformation, or surface peeling. If wear exceeds 0.2 mm or deformation occurs, replace it promptly.

Change the lubricating oil according to the equipment maintenance cycle to prevent abnormal wear of the support ring, bearings, and shaft system due to insufficient lubrication.

Avoid overloading and operating the equipment at excessive speeds to prevent damage to the support ring due to excessive axial load or overheating.
