Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation Specifications:
Clean the bearing mounting holes and cylinder pin surfaces to remove oil, rust, and impurities. Check the bearing inner hole for scratches and deformation, ensuring a flat mounting surface to prevent uneven bearing load after installation.

Use cold pressing installation (using specialized tooling) to press the bearing into the mounting hole. Do not directly strike the bearing end face with a hammer to prevent separation of the steel backing from the bronze layer, which will affect its service life.

After installation, check the clearance between the bearing and pin to ensure the cylinder swings smoothly without jamming and the pin does not move axially. Tighten the bolts to 35-45 N·m to prevent loosening.

Maintenance Recommendations:
Check every 200-300 working hours: For bearing wear and loosening, check for abnormal noises and jamming in the cylinder. Replace the bearing immediately if excessive clearance (>0.20mm) or surface damage is found.

Regularly clean the cylinder hinge area to remove dirt, gravel, and other impurities to prevent them from entering the bearing and accelerating wear. No additional grease is needed; the self-lubricating layer is sufficient for operating conditions.
