Compatible Models: Compatible with 320D/323D/336D This product is used in excavators, 950H/962H loaders, 430F2 loaders, etc., for drive axle differential bearings, gearbox output shaft bearings, and slewing mechanism support bearings.
Performance Characteristics: Self-aligning design compensates for installation errors and shaft bending, suitable for high-frequency vibration and heavy-duty impact conditions. It features an internal brass cage, is temperature resistant from -40℃ to 120℃, uses grease lubrication, has a long maintenance cycle, and a service life ≥10,000 working hours.
Core Functions and Structure:
Self-aligning capability: Double-row spherical roller structure compensates for angular deviations between the shaft and bearing housing (±2°), preventing bearing seizure due to installation errors or shaft bending, and reducing friction loss.
Heavy-duty load capacity: High-strength bearing steel material and carburized and quenched treatment allow it to withstand large radial loads and bidirectional axial loads, meeting the stable support requirements under heavy-duty conditions.
Impact and vibration resistance: The point contact design between the spherical rollers and raceways effectively absorbs impacts and vibrations during equipment operation, reducing bearing fatigue damage and extending service life.
Stable Lubrication: An internal brass cage guides the rollers to an even distribution, preventing roller misalignment and facilitating even grease distribution, ensuring effective bearing lubrication and reducing wear.
Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation Specifications: Clean the bearing’s inner and outer rings, rollers, and mounting surface to remove oil, rust, and impurities; check for cracks, undamaged rolling elements, and a deformed cage, ensuring dimensions meet assembly requirements.
Use heat fitting (heating temperature 80-100℃) for the inner ring and cold fitting for the outer ring; avoid direct impact on the raceway surface to prevent damage; after installation, check for a seamless fit between the inner ring and shaft, and for the outer ring to rotate freely in the mounting hole, with a coaxiality deviation ≤0.05mm.
During installation, ensure the cage is intact and the rollers are evenly distributed to prevent roller jamming. Install the matching sealing ring to prevent dust and impurities from entering the bearing.
Maintenance Recommendations: Check every 2000 working hours: for abnormal noise, temperature rise (normal ≤80℃), and vibration; replace the bearing immediately if any abnormalities are found.
Replace the grease regularly to keep it clean (NAS 8 cleanliness level) to prevent grease contamination from causing increased wear on the raceways. Also, check the condition of the seals to prevent leaks.
