Installation and Maintenance Points
Installation Specifications: Clean the bearing, journal, and bearing housing surfaces, removing oil, rust, and impurities. Check the bearing for cracks, deformation, and roller jamming. Measure the dimensions of the journal and bearing housing, ensuring an inner ring interference fit of 0.01-0.02mm and an outer ring clearance of 0.02-0.04mm.

Use a special tool to press the inner ring in. The outer ring can be gently tapped into the bearing housing. Do not directly tap the rolling elements and cage. After installation, adjust the axial clearance to 0.05-0.10mm to ensure smooth and unobstructed operation.

After installation, apply lithium-based grease for lubrication, filling the bearing to 1/3-1/2 of its internal space. For medium-to-high speed applications, select NLGI 2 lithium-based grease.

Maintenance Recommendations: Every 2000 operating hours, check the following: bearing operating temperature (normally ≤80℃), vibration and noise; measure axial clearance; replace grease immediately if clearance exceeds 0.20mm; check the grease condition and replace it if it shows signs of deterioration or contamination.

Regularly inspect the seals to prevent impurities and moisture from entering the bearing and accelerating wear. Increase the inspection frequency for harsh operating conditions and address any abnormalities promptly.
