CAT 325-6026 is a Caterpillar genuine GD high-pressure steel sleeve bearing, suitable for cylinder lugs, connecting rod hinges, or steering mechanisms in excavators, loaders, and other equipment. Its core function is to support the pin shaft, withstand high-pressure radial loads and impacts, reduce friction, and ensure smooth oscillation of the hinged parts under high-pressure conditions. It is suitable for medium- and high-pressure hydraulic systems (Cat®…).

Core Functions and Structure:

High-pressure radial support: GD marking adapts to high-pressure conditions, supporting the bearing pin under radial load from the high pressure of the hydraulic system, preventing pin bending, and ensuring operational accuracy.

Lubrication and friction control: The inner spiral oil groove stores grease, forming an oil film to reduce friction, buffer impact, and protect the articulated structure and seals.

Positioning and anti-migration: Interference fit installed on the lug, limiting radial movement, ensuring the pin and cylinder are coaxial, and preventing uneven wear that could damage or leak seals.

Installation and Maintenance Points:

Installation Specifications: Clean the bearings, pins, and mounting holes, removing oil and impurities. Check for cracks and deformation. Mounting hole tolerances must meet H7 grade.

Press in using the heat-sealing method (90-110℃), avoiding impact; rear end face runout ≤0.03mm, coaxiality ≤0.02mm.

Before installing the pin, add CAT-specific lithium-based grease to the oil groove to prevent dry friction.

Maintenance Recommendations: Check every 600 working hours: for abnormal noises or leaks at the hinge; replace if inner diameter wear exceeds 0.25mm or clearance >0.3mm.

In high-pressure/dusty environments, shorten the lubrication cycle to 300 hours/time; clean the grease fitting and lubrication channels to prevent blockage.
