CAT 150-0834 is a Caterpillar genuine single-row deep groove ball bearing, suitable for hydraulic pumps, fan drives, or gearbox input shafts in equipment such as mini excavators and loaders. Its core function is to support high-speed rotating shaft systems, withstand radial loads and slight bidirectional axial loads, suppress vibration, reduce friction, and ensure stable operation of the transmission/hydraulic system. It is suitable for low-to-medium speed and medium load conditions in equipment.

Item Details
Part Model: CAT 150-0834 (1500834) Deep Groove Ball Bearing, Original Part Number, No Official Direct Replacement Model
Material: Bearing steel (SAE 52100/SUJ2), rings and balls integrally hardened (HRC 60-64), cage made of high-quality low-carbon steel/phenolic resin, seal made of nitrile rubber (NBR), suitable for mineral oil lubrication environment
Key Dimensions: Inner diameter 40mm, outer diameter 80mm, width 18mm, ball diameter 7.144mm, quantity 10, radial clearance 0.010-0.016mm, shaft fit tolerance h6, seat bore fit tolerance H7, sealing type is double-sided contact seal (2RS)
Compatible Models: CAT 305.5E2/306E2 mini excavator, 906M/907M loader, 420F2 Used in backhoe loaders, etc., for supporting the hydraulic pump input shaft, fan pulley bearing, and front end support of the gearbox secondary shaft; compatible with C2.4/C3.3B engine auxiliary drive system.
Performance Parameters: Rated dynamic load 32.2kN, rated static load 19.2kN, limiting speed 6000r/min (oil lubrication), operating temperature -30℃ to 120℃, suitable grease filling amount is 2/3 of the bearing internal space, suitable shaft speed ≤2500r/min.
Core Functions and Structure: Radial and light axial load bearing: The deep groove ball joint structure is suitable for medium and low speed rotation conditions, supporting the radial load borne by components such as the hydraulic pump input shaft and fan pulley, while also withstanding slight bidirectional axial movement loads to prevent axial displacement of the shaft system and ensure transmission accuracy.
Low-friction, high-efficiency operation: The cage precisely guides the movement of the steel balls, and double-sided seals prevent dust, moisture, and impurities from entering, reducing friction between the steel balls and the bearing rings. Combined with grease lubrication, an oil film is formed, reducing operating noise (≤65dB), suitable for continuous equipment operation.
Positioning and protection: Precise fit with the shaft and housing bore achieves shaft positioning, controlling radial runout ≤0.02mm. The sealing structure extends bearing life, suitable for harsh working conditions such as dust, humidity, and vibration in construction machinery.
Installation and maintenance points:
Installation specifications: Clean the bearing, journal, and housing bore to remove oil, metal shavings, and rust. Check the bearing for cracks, pitting, and deformation. The journal surface roughness Ra ≤0.8μm.
Cold pressing (using a special sleeve to apply even pressure to the end face of the bearing rings). Do not strike the steel balls and cage. After installation, check the radial clearance and rotational flexibility to ensure there is no jamming.
Pre-filled with lithium-based grease (NLGI 2) suitable for construction machinery. Sealed bearings require no additional grease injection. For non-sealed bearings, add grease to 2/3 of the bearing space after installation.
Maintenance Recommendations: Every 800 working hours, check: bearing operating temperature (≤80℃), for abnormal noise, and the integrity of the seals. If the seals are damaged, replace them immediately to prevent grease leakage and impurity intrusion.
Replace this bearing during equipment overhaul. Simultaneously check the wear of the journal and bearing housing. If the wear exceeds 0.05mm, repair or replace the corresponding parts to prevent premature bearing failure.
