Installation Specifications: Clean the journal and bearing housing bore to remove oil and rust. Journal roughness Ra≤0.8μm, roundness≤0.01mm; use heat mounting (heat bearing to 80-100℃). Do not directly strike the inner or outer rings of the bearing.

During installation, adjust the axial clearance to 0.02-0.04mm. Ensure the bearing end face fits tightly against the shaft shoulder. Tighten the bearing housing bolts to the torque specified in the equipment manual (usually 60-80 N·m).

Maintenance Recommendations: Every 1000 working hours, check: bearing temperature (≤80℃), vibration value (≤4mm/s), and grease condition. If abnormal, replenish or replace the grease immediately. Replace the grease every 2000 working hours (grease lubrication).

Only use genuine 8U-7753 bearings. Do not substitute with ordinary tapered roller bearings to avoid insufficient load capacity or improper clearance leading to premature bearing failure and transmission component malfunctions.
