**Installation and Maintenance Points:**
**Installation Specifications:** Clean the crankshaft front journal, mounting surface, and 1P-0015 inner hole to remove oil, metal shavings, and burrs. Check that the journal roundness is ≤0.02mm and that the surface is free of scratches and rust.

** Use a specialized press to smoothly press the component into the mounting position, ensuring the bearing end face fits snugly against the crankshaft front end face without tilting. After installation, check the crankshaft’s rotational flexibility for any jamming, and ensure the radial runout of the adapter pulley is ≤0.1mm.

After installation, add engine oil (API CJ-4 grade), start the engine and let it idle for 5 minutes. Check for leaks at the oil seal and for any abnormal noises from the bearing.

Maintenance Recommendations: Check the component’s tightness every 5000 working hours. If bolts are loose, retighten them to the specified torque. Replace the component immediately if the oil seal lip is aged or cracked.

Simultaneously check the crankshaft journal wear. When the journal wear is ≥0.1mm, replace it along with component 1P-0015 to ensure proper fit and sealing performance.
