Installation Specifications
Clean the mounting surface, ensuring it is free of rust, oil, and burrs. Bearing housing tolerance: +0.01–+0.03 mm, ensuring precise fit.
Hot mounting (oil temperature 80–90℃, heating for 20–30 min) or cold pressing installation. Do not strike the end face to avoid damage to the raceway.
During assembly, control the preload to 0.02–0.04 mm. Use M16×1.5 bolts (grade 10.9) for symmetrical tightening, with a torque of 120–130 N·m.
Maintenance Recommendations
Inspect every 1200 working hours: check for bearing cracks, raceway peeling, seal damage, and grease leakage. Replace any damaged bearings immediately.
Before long-term storage (>30 days), rotate the bearing 5–8 times to ensure even grease coverage of the raceway, preventing dry friction and corrosion.
