General Compatibility: YM general load type, carburized and quenched process, balanced wear and impact resistance, suitable for low to medium load hinges, standard working condition service life can reach over 5000 hours.

Convenient Lubrication: The internal axial lubrication groove can store grease, reducing friction and wear between the pin and bushing, and reducing maintenance frequency.

Reliable Installation: The direct-sleeve structure features an interference fit with the seat bore (interference 0.015–0.03 mm). After installation, the coaxiality tolerance is ≤0.03 mm, ensuring operational accuracy.

Installation and Maintenance Points

Installation Specifications: Clean the seat bore and bushing surfaces, ensuring they are free of oil and rust. Use cold pressing, controlling the pressing force at 12–18 kN. Do not strike the end face.

Seat bore tolerance: +0.01–+0.025 mm. After installation, check for radial runout ≤0.03 mm.

After installation, apply NLGI 2 lithium-based grease, ensuring the lubrication groove is full.

Maintenance Recommendations: Check the operating status every 800 working hours, looking for abnormal noises, abnormal temperature rise, and seal leaks.

Replace the bushing promptly when the inner diameter wear exceeds 0.1 mm. Replace the bushing simultaneously with the matching pins and sealing rings to ensure sealing and lubrication effectiveness.
