General Compatibility: YM general load type, alloy tempered + Hard chrome plating balances strength and wear resistance, suitable for various small and medium-sized equipment hinges, with a standard operating life exceeding 4500 hours.

Easy installation: Equipped with a positioning washer, ensuring coaxiality tolerance ≤0.05 mm after installation, guaranteeing smooth hinge operation and reducing noise and vibration.

Installation and maintenance points:

Installation specifications: Clean the pin hole and pin assembly surface, ensuring it is free of oil, rust, and impurities. Use cold pressing, controlling the pressing force at 10–15 kN. Do not strike the pin head.

Pin hole tolerance: +0.01–+0.025 mm. After installation, check radial runout ≤0.05 mm.

After installation, apply NLGI 2 lithium-based grease to ensure proper lubrication.

Maintenance Recommendations:

Check the operating status every 600 working hours, looking for looseness, abnormal noise, damaged dust seals, and leaks.

Replace the pins when the diameter wear exceeds 0.15 mm or the plating peels off. Replace the matching bushings and dust seals simultaneously to ensure proper fit and sealing performance.
