Installation and Maintenance Points

Cold-press installation, pressing force ≤30 kN, bearing end face flush with mounting hole, after installation, inner hole roundness ≤0.03 mm, coaxiality ≤0.05 mm.
Fill with lithium-based grease, test run without jamming or abnormal noise, swing clearance ≤0.2 mm.
Maintenance Recommendations: Replenish grease every 400 hours, check wear every 1200 hours. Replace when inner hole wear >0.25 mm or copper layer peeling.
