Installation Specifications
Clean the bushing, mounting hole, and pin, remove burrs and oil stains, check for cracks and copper layer peeling.

Cold-press installation, pressing force ≤25 kN, bushing end face flush with mounting hole, after installation, inner hole roundness ≤0.03 mm, coaxiality ≤0.05 mm.

Fill with lithium-based grease; during trial operation, there should be no jamming or abnormal noise, and the oscillation clearance should be ≤0.2 mm.

Maintenance Recommendations: Replenish grease every 300 hours; check for wear every 1000 hours. Replace when inner hole wear >0.25 mm or copper layer peeling occurs.

Avoid prolonged dry friction to prevent rapid wear of the copper layer.
