Installation and Fitting Points:
The valve sleeve and head are clearance-fitted (0.010–0.020 mm). The head and seat are line-sealed to ensure one-way sealing performance and flexible reciprocating motion.
Before installation, clean the plunger, valve sleeve, and valve seat. Check the plunger for cracks, deformation, scratches, rust, and damage to the threaded holes.
Install smoothly using a special tool. Do not directly strike the plunger head. After installation, the plunger should reciprocate smoothly within the valve sleeve without jamming, and the sealing surfaces should fit tightly without leakage.
Post-installation checks: Check valve forward conduction pressure ≤ 0.3 MPa, reverse leakage ≤ 0.1 L/min (at 35 MPa pressure), safety valve opening pressure deviation ≤ ±0.5 MPa.
According to the model manual, check the wear and surface hardness of the plunger sealing surface every 2000 working hours. Replace the plunger when the wear exceeds 0.05 mm or the hardness is lower than HRC50.
