Installation and Fitting Points: The outer ring and differential housing are interference fit (interference 0.015–0.025 mm), and the inner ring and half axle are clearance fit (clearance 0.020–0.035 mm) to ensure rotational accuracy and load transmission.

Use a dedicated pressing tool to press the inner and outer rings separately. Do not directly strike the bearing end face. After installation, the bearing end face should fit snugly against the housing positioning surface without skewing or looseness.

Before installation, clean the bearings, mounting holes, and half-shafts. Inspect the bearings for cracks and roller damage, and check for deformation or breakage of the cage.

Axial positioning is achieved through the housing steps and end cap, while radial positioning is achieved through the housing holes. After installation, the differential assembly should rotate freely, with radial runout of the half-shaft ≤0.05 mm.
