Installation and Fitting Points:
The inner ring and pivot are interference-fitted (interference 0.008–0.015 mm), and the outer ring and bearing housing are clearance-fitted (clearance 0.012–0.025 mm) to ensure rotational accuracy and load transfer.
Use a special sleeve to press-fit the inner ring, and gently press the outer ring into the bearing housing. Do not strike the steel balls or cage. After installation, the bearing end face should fit snugly against the locating surface without misalignment or jamming.
Before installation, clean the bearing, pivot, and bearing housing. Check the bearing for cracks, undamaged steel balls, and a deformed or broken cage.
Axial positioning is achieved via a snap ring/shoulder, while radial positioning is achieved via a bearing housing. After installation, the lifting mechanism rotates freely, with radial runout of the pivot ≤0.05 mm.
Apply lithium-based grease after installation and replenish lubrication every 1200 working hours to ensure smooth operation.
