Installation and Fitting Points:
The outer ring and bearing housing are interference fit (interference 0.010-0.020 mm), closely fitting the tapered surface of the inner ring to ensure load transmission and rotational accuracy.
Use a dedicated pressing tool to vertically press the bearing into the housing; do not strike the outer ring end face. After installation, the outer ring end face should fit snugly against the housing positioning step without misalignment.
Before installation, clean the outer ring raceway and bearing housing bore, checking for cracks in the outer ring and no peeling/pitting on the raceway, ensuring dimensions meet tolerance standards.
After assembly with the inner ring and roller assembly, axial movement is limited by the end cap/circlip, and radial positioning is achieved by the bearing housing bore. After assembly, the assembly rotates freely without jamming, with axial movement ≤0.03 mm.
