Installation and Fitting Points

Pin diameter: 25.38-25.40 mm, interference fit with the bushing inner diameter (interference 0.01-0.02 mm) to prevent relative rotation.

Mounting hole diameter: 31.77-31.80 mm, clearance fit with the bushing outer diameter (clearance 0.02-0.05 mm) for easy installation and adjustment.

Use cold pressing method for installation. Apply pressure evenly with a special press tool. Do not directly hammer to avoid bushing deformation and surface scratches.

Before installation, clean the pin, mounting hole, and bushing surface, ensuring no burrs, oil stains, or rust. Inspect the inner and outer circumference of the bushing for cracks and pits.

After installation, the bushing end face fits snugly against the support plane, and there is no jamming or abnormal noise during swinging/rotation. Regularly add general-purpose lithium-based grease (every 800 working hours).
