Installation and Fitting Points
* Shaft diameter: 38.10 +0.012/-0.000 mm, interference fit with the bearing inner diameter (interference 0.005-0.012 mm) to prevent relative rotation.
* Mounting hole diameter: 72.00 +0.025/-0.000 mm, clearance fit with the bearing outer diameter (clearance 0.01-0.025 mm) for easy installation and heat dissipation.
* Install using cold pressing method. Apply pressure to the inner/outer ring end faces using a special bearing press. Do not directly hammer to avoid damage to the steel balls/raceways.
* Before installation, clean the shaft, mounting hole, and bearing surfaces, ensuring they are free of burrs, oil, and rust. Check the bearing for abnormal noise and jamming.
After installation, add general-purpose lithium-based grease (filling the bearing with 1/3 to 1/2 of its internal space), check the lubrication status regularly, and replenish lubrication every 1000 working hours.
