Installation and Fitting Points

Shaft Diameter: 15.875 +0.008/-0.000 mm, interference fit with the bearing inner diameter (interference 0.002-0.008 mm) to prevent relative rotation.

Mounting Hole Diameter: 22.225 +0.015/-0.000 mm, clearance fit with the bearing outer diameter (clearance 0.005-0.015 mm) for easy installation and heat dissipation.

Use a special press to smoothly press into the mounting hole. Do not hammer, as this may deform the needle rollers or damage the cage.

Before installation, clean the shaft, mounting hole, and bearing, ensuring they are free of burrs, oil, and rust. Check that the bearing needle rollers are intact and the cage is undamaged.

After installation, add general-purpose lithium-based grease (filling the bearing with 1/2 to 2/3 of its internal space), and replenish lubrication every 800 working hours.
