Installation and Fitting Points: The retainer’s inner diameter should be fitted with the shaft diameter with a clearance of 0.010-0.020 mm to ensure smooth installation.
Tighten the threaded connection to a torque of 85-95 N·m. Apply thread-locking adhesive (Loctite 243) to the thread surface to prevent loosening.
Before installation, clean the retainer’s inner bore and shaft end surface, ensuring they are free of burrs, oil, and rust. Inspect the threads for damage.
After installation, the retainer’s positioning step should fit tightly against the shaft end components, with no axial movement and no jamming during rotation.
