Installation and Fitting Points:
Before installation, clean the crankshaft and crankcase, check the main journals/connecting rod journals for scoring or pitting, ensure no cracks at the fillet transitions, check for unobstructed oil passages, and ensure the signal gear ring is undamaged.

The clearance between the main bearing shell and main journal is 0.020-0.035 mm, the clearance between the connecting rod shell and connecting rod journal is 0.025-0.040 mm, and the clearance between the thrust washer and crankshaft thrust surface is 0.10-0.20 mm. Tighten in sequence according to the original torque (main shaft bolt 120 N·m + 90°, connecting rod bolt 85 N·m + 60°).

After installation, the crankshaft axial runout should be ≤0.20 mm, radial runout ≤0.02 mm, rotation should be smooth without jamming or abnormal noise, and the lubrication system pressure should be normal (idle speed 200 kPa, rated speed 450 kPa).

During installation, align the signal gear ring with the sensor position, ensure the crankshaft oil seal lip faces the inside of the crankcase, and apply special sealing grease to prevent oil leakage and ensure accurate signal transmission.
