Installation and fitting points: The sleeve and seat hole should have an interference fit (interference 0.008-0.018mm). Use a special pressing tool for cold pressing installation. Do not strike to prevent deformation of the steel backing and peeling of the bronze layer.
Before installation, clean the seat hole, shaft, and sleeve, ensuring they are free of burrs, oil stains, and rust. Align the oil hole with the oil passage in the seat hole to ensure smooth lubrication. Inspect the sleeve for cracks and delamination.
After installation, radial runout should be ≤0.02mm, clearance 0.040-0.080mm, and operation/oscillation should be smooth without jamming or abnormal noise. Lubrication pressure should be 2.0-3.0MPa.
Use a dedicated puller for disassembly, applying force evenly to avoid damaging the seat hole. Before reuse, check for bronze layer wear (replace if >0.15mm).
