Installation and Fitting Points: The outer half-ring and seat bore should have an interference fit (interference 0.010-0.020mm). Use a special pressure block for symmetrical cold pressing installation. Do not strike the half-ring split surface to prevent deformation and raceway damage.
Before installation, clean the seat hole and raceway, ensuring they are free of burrs, oil stains, and rust. Inspect the half-circle for cracks and raceway peeling, ensure the locating boss is intact, and maintain a gap of ≤0.02mm between the dividing surfaces.
After installation, radial runout should be ≤0.03mm. Axial clearance after assembly with the inner ring should be 0.06-0.12mm. Operation should be smooth without jamming or abnormal noise. Oil lubrication pressure should be 0.15-0.30MPa, and flow rate ≥2L/min.
For disassembly, use a dedicated puller to pull out each half-circle separately. Do not pry the raceway. Before reuse, check the raceway wear (replace if >0.12mm).
