Installation and Fitting Points
Clean and undamaged inner ring threads and drawbar shaft end threads. Apply anti-loosening adhesive (Loctite 243). Tighten to a torque of 180-200 N·m. Use a 462-2064 nut for anti-loosening and a 462-2065 washer for leveling.

Before installation, inspect the outer ring spherical surface for scratches, ensure the inner liner is intact, the inner ring thread is free of stripping, there is no jamming during swing, the dust lip is intact, and the spherical clearance is 0.15-0.25mm.

After installation, the swing angle should be ±12° without interference, the radial runout ≤0.05mm, and there should be no abnormal noise. Regularly check for loose threads (every 1000 working hours). Replace the inner liner when wear >0.5mm.

For disassembly, use a special puller to remove the inner ring. Do not strike the outer ring spherical surface to avoid damaging the inner liner. When replacing, replace the bearing + nut + washer as a complete set.
