Installation and Fitting Points: The outer ring and bearing housing bore should have an interference fit (interference 0.010-0.020mm). Use a special press for symmetrical cold pressing installation. Do not strike the outer ring end face/raceway to prevent deformation and loss of precision.

Before installation, clean the housing bore/raceway, ensuring it is free of burrs/iron filings/oil stains. Inspect the outer ring for cracks, the raceway for pitting/peeling, the locating groove for integrity, and the end face flatness ≤0.015mm.
