Installation and Fitting Points:
The mounting surface should be clean and free of burrs. The retainer positioning flange should match the bearing outer ring positioning groove. The bolt holes should be aligned with the housing threaded holes. Do not forcibly strike the positioning flange.

Before installation, check that the retainer flatness is ≤0.05mm, the positioning flange height tolerance is ±0.03mm, and the bolt hole position tolerance is φ0.15mm.

After assembly, there should be no gap between the retainer and the bearing outer ring. Tighten the bolts twice in a crisscross pattern to the specified torque (45-55 N·m). Ensure the anti-loosening washers are firmly against the retainer end face.

Disassembly: Use a socket wrench to unscrew the bolts. Do not pry the edges of the retainer. When replacing, check for retainer deformation. Replace if the deformation is >0.1mm.
