Installation and Fitting Points:
Before installation, clean the valve body’s inner bore and the sleeve’s outer circumference, ensuring no burrs or scratches. Use cold-press installation with an interference fit of 0.005-0.010mm. Use a dedicated guide tool for positioning. Do not strike the sleeve’s end face to avoid deformation.
After installation, check that the sleeve’s coaxiality with the valve body’s inner bore is ≤0.01mm, and the clearance with the valve core is 0.015-0.025mm. Ensure the valve core moves smoothly without jamming or uneven wear.
After assembly, test the sealing performance at a pressure of 35MPa for 5 minutes. Leakage should be ≤0.1mL/min, and the flow rate adjustment linearity error should be ≤±2%.
Disassembly requires using a dedicated puller. Do not pry the sleeve edge. When replacing, check the wear of the valve body’s inner bore. If the wear is >0.01mm, the valve body must be repaired or replaced.
