Installation and Fitting Points
* Before installation, clean the mounting hole and the outer diameter of the sleeve. Use a special press to cold press the sleeve in place. Do not strike the end face to prevent deformation.
* After installation, ensure an interference fit (0.018-0.028mm) and a clearance fit with the pin (0.012-0.022mm) to guarantee smooth and unobstructed rotation.
* After assembly, check the coaxiality to be ≤0.02mm. Apply lithium-based grease (NLGI 2) promptly after installation.
* For disassembly, use a special puller to remove the sleeve. When replacing, check the pin and mounting hole for wear. If the wear is >0.05mm, repair or replacement is required.
