**Before installation, clean the mounting hole and the outer diameter of the sleeve. Use a special press to cold-press it in place. Do not strike the end face to prevent deformation.**
**After installation, ensure an interference fit (0.020-0.030mm) and a clearance fit (0.015-0.025mm) with the pin to ensure smooth and unobstructed rotation.**
**After assembly, check the coaxiality to be ≤0.02mm. Apply lithium-based grease promptly after installation.**
**For disassembly, use a special puller to remove the sleeve. When replacing, check the pin and mounting hole for wear. If the wear is >0.05mm, repair or replacement is required.**
