Installation and Fitting Points:
* Clean the bearing housing bore and outer ring before installation. Install using the cold pressing method. Do not directly strike the raceway surface to avoid damage.
* After installation, ensure an interference fit (0.010-0.018mm) with the bearing housing and a clearance fit with the inner ring and rollers to ensure smooth and unobstructed rotation.
* After assembly, check for radial runout ≤ 0.015mm. Add lubricating oil or grease as required after installation.
* For disassembly, use a special puller to remove the bearing. When replacing, check for wear in the bearing housing bore. If the wear is > 0.04mm, repair or replacement is required.
