Installation and Fitting Points:
Clean the mounting hole and bushing before installation. Use cold pressing method for installation; hot fitting is prohibited to prevent deformation. After pressing, the bushing end face should be flush with the mounting hole end face, with an axial deviation ≤0.03mm.
After pressing, ream the hole to 50.80mm (H7). After reaming, the surface roughness Ra ≤0.4μm, with no scratches and an ellipticity ≤0.015mm.
After assembly, check for radial runout ≤0.04mm, and a pin-bushing fit clearance of 0.01-0.02mm, ensuring smooth swing without abnormal noise.
For disassembly, use a special puller to remove the bushing. When replacing, check for wear in the mounting hole. If the wear >0.05mm, repair or replace the mounting seat.
