Installation and Fitting Points
**Before installation, clean the pin mounting groove to ensure it is free of oil and rust. Apply a small amount of anti-rust grease to the locking pin.**
Align the locking pin with the pin mounting groove and press it in with a tool until the locking plate fully springs open. The barb should be engaged at the bottom of the groove, ensuring there is no looseness.

After installation, check the unfolded state of the locking plate. Axial movement should be ≤0.3mm, and the clearance between the locking pin and the pin should be 0.05-0.10mm.

For disassembly, use needle-nose pliers to clamp the locking plate, compress it, and pull it out. When replacing, check the elasticity of the locking plate; replace it if the deformation is >0.8mm.
