Installation and Fitting Points: Before installation, clean the journal, bearing housing bore, and bearing to remove iron filings and oil. Use hot mounting (heat bearing to 80-100℃) or cold pressing installation, with a pressure ≤50kN. Do not strike the bearing end face to avoid deformation.
The journal fit tolerance is k5, and the bearing housing bore fit tolerance is H7. After installation, the bearing end face should fit snugly against the housing bore without any gap, and the shaft should rotate without any jamming. The radial clearance should be 0.015-0.035mm.
After installation, inject the specified type and amount of lubricating oil. Check for leaks before installing into the machine.
