Installation and Fitting Points
Before installation, clean the pin, bushing seat hole, and bushing to remove iron filings and oil stains; use cold pressing installation, pressure ≤30kN, and do not strike the bushing end face to avoid deformation.
Pin fit tolerance h7, bushing seat hole fit tolerance H7. After installation, the bushing end face should fit snugly against the seat hole without gaps, the pin should rotate without jamming, and the radial clearance should be 0.015-0.025mm.
After installation, inject the specified type of grease and check for leaks before installing on the machine.
Use a special puller for disassembly to avoid damaging the seat hole or pin. When replacing, check the pin wear to be ≤0.05mm; if it exceeds the tolerance, replace the pin simultaneously.
