Matching Parts: 119-2170 bushing, 8T-4125 elastic retaining ring, 320-8563 Locating Ring Installation and Fitting Points: Before installation, clean the bearing housing bore and bushing outer diameter, ensuring no iron filings or oil contamination. Cold press installation is required; pressure ≤20kN. Do not strike the end face to avoid deformation.

Bearing housing fit tolerance H7. Interference between bushing and bearing housing: 0.012-0.025mm. After installation, the bushing end face should fit snugly against the bearing housing locating surface without gaps.

Windlasing shaft and bushing inner diameter fit clearance: 0.020-0.045mm. Journal surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm. Rotation should be smooth without jamming.

Use a dedicated puller for disassembly to avoid damaging the bearing housing/bushing. When replacing, check the bearing housing inner diameter wear to be ≤0.05mm; repair any deviations simultaneously.
