Clean the shaft diameter and bearing housing bore, ensuring no burrs or oil contamination. Shaft diameter surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm, bearing housing bore Ra≤1.6μm.
Cold press the outer ring, pressure ≤25kN. Use a guide sleeve to ensure coaxiality. Do not strike the end face.
Shaft fit clearance 0.010-0.020mm, outer ring interference fit with bearing housing 0.012-0.022mm, ensuring smooth operation.
