Installation and Fitting Points:
Clean the journal and bearing housing bore, ensuring no burrs or rust. Journal roughness Ra≤0.8μm, bearing housing bore roughness Ra≤1.6μm.
Cold press fitting, pressure ≤25kN. Apply force evenly to the inner ring end face using a special tool. Do not strike the outer ring or sealing ring.
After installation, check radial clearance: 0.015-0.025mm, end face runout ≤0.02mm, and rotation without jamming or abnormal noise.
After installation, confirm that the bearing outer ring fits snugly against the bearing housing bore, and there is no gap between the shaft shoulder and the inner ring end face.
