Installation and mating points:
Clean the tension wheel shaft end and mounting surface, ensuring no burrs or oil stains. The flatness of the mounting surface should be ≤0.05mm/m.
Cold press-fit the locating pin with a pressure ≤8kN. After pressing, check for perpendicularity ≤0.02mm.
Mount the fixing seat against the mounting surface. Tighten the bolts in a diagonal sequence of 3 times, with a preload torque of 180N・m. Ensure the anti-loosening washer is in place.
After installation, check for axial movement ≤0.03mm, smooth rotation, and coaxiality between the fixing seat and the shaft ≤0.05mm.
