Installation and Fitting Points: Clean the journal, ensuring it is free of burrs and oil stains. Surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm, journal hardness HRC58-62.
Heat the inner ring to 80-90℃ for hot fitting. Do not strike the end face. After installation, the inner ring end face should fit snugly against the shaft shoulder without gaps.
After assembling with the outer ring, check for radial runout ≤0.02mm, axial runout ≤0.03mm, and preload torque 85-95N・m.
Before assembly, apply lithium-based grease (NLGI 2) with a filling amount of 1/3 of the inner raceway volume.
